This is a bad graph because it is 3D. It emphasizes August by bringing it out and making it appear large, and October and December look like they are similar sizes, even though the numbers are very different. Another reason this is a bad graph is because many of the colors are very similar to each other.

This is a good graph because the bars are equal widths. It ranks them in order from highest to lowest, showing clear comparison. All of the bars are to scale.

Hard to read and comprehend, it is very cluttered and makes it harder to understand the percentages

The percentages not being as proportional as you would picture in your mind (31% is way bigger than I would think it’d be) (misinterpreting the percentages)

They also take up a lot of space, and if made smaller makes them even harder to read

This graph is a bad line graph because there is no title, no labels on the x & y axis, and the numbers arent going up by the same number.

This graph is easy to read and understand.

It also has good and clear labels.

It is precisely scaled to size so when you compare each color you are able to see the differences, the colors also help.

Even though it’s simple this is a good graph, it has all the labels, a title and the numbers are each going up by 10.
