         <description><![CDATA[<div>During the first phase, I decided to do PBIS because I am a very good student. When the PBIS squad tells us that there is a possibility we can have a certain field trip....ONLY if we can get less than so and so INFRACTIONS (detentions). We always end up at the bottom and never get the field trips. Everyone wants the field trip but kids still get infractions regardless of what you offer them. HOW CAN WE FIX IT!<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>When the students follow the PBIS rules, it ends in a great result like, pizza parties or any other field trip, if they get a certain amount of Tickets. Yes, that use to work in the past but It is 2017 now, the kids now are way different.  The kids don't even bother to try and earn them. For example "Lake View Primary School" says that "The students have learned expectations of their behavior and pride to honor their school. All schools aren't the same though.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Elegendly PBIS is important because "It is teaching behavioral expectations and rewarding students for following them". That's what everyone says. Every student is different, so the tactics that may work on one student doesn't necessarily occur to another student. Anne Murphy Paul, a magazine journalist and author that writes about biological social sciences states that "students do have preferences about how they learn". My improvement ideas:<br><br>- Every student that doesn't have an infraction/detention by the end of the quater gets to celebrate with an reward.<br><br>- Once that quarter is over you start off brand new, with a clean slate, so if you once had an infraction last quater it doesn't count now. You now have a chance to come along to the trip or reward at the end of the new quarter.</div>]]></description>
