I am one of three co-chairs of our EDI (Equality, Diversity and Inclusion) committee where we meet monthly to discuss and implement ways to bring racial awareness to the work place.
My passion runs high in all three areas of my life: family, career and awareness. When either of those topics come up I will talk your ears off (as the elders would say).
