The game branches out from well the obvious good/bad ending, but the game branches out further. A hidden one more of a being in your subconscious. He comes out if your hunger is too low. He is a being with no form but He can be seen when the dialogue turns red and the background turns a deep blue color. Options will pop up and you get to choose what you feel like doing such as playing cleaning napping etc. The characters are made so the player has some sort of connection with the characters, Maybe you can be mean and choose rude speech options that belittle and patronize the care taker  or you can be nice and choose positive speech options complimenting and/or comforting the caretaker as she is inexperienced in this career funnily enough.
