In the "Before Time" AKA B.T., people were unhappy and burdened with too much knowledge. It was said that they had headaches all the time because of all of this knowledge. So, the Saviors took over the government and burned all the libraries and computers. The Saviors made new rules to protect the people: 1) You can't read any books, only watch TV; 2) Only the 1% can have access to the one library left; 3) You must watch at least 4 hours of TV. Anyone who does not follow the rules is taken to the Re-Education Camps and their memories erased and reprogrammed.
