  • All of their followers are real!

  • They have a lot more likes than other companies with the same amount of followers. Their meme posts get the most likes probably because they're funny and relatable.

  • They don't get as many comments as other companies with the same amount of followers. Maybe because they don't really ask questions from the followers in the posts, it's just funny memes.

    Maybe they're not producing the content that people want. Customers want to see new, unique, different features and changes to their products.
