         <title>proper way to remove gloves</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>1. <strong>Pinch the Outside of the First Glove</strong></p><ul><li><p>With your gloved hands, pinch the outside of one glove at the palm area (the glove should be removed by touching only the outside of the glove).</p></li></ul><p>2. <strong>Peel the First Glove Off</strong></p><ul><li><p>Peel the glove off your hand by turning it inside out as you pull it off. The glove should be turned completely inside out as you remove it, with the contaminated side on the inside.</p></li></ul><p>3. <strong>Hold the First Glove in Your Hand</strong></p><ul><li><p>Once the first glove is removed, hold it in the gloved hand (like a ball of waste) to avoid touching any ungloved areas of the hand.</p></li></ul><p>4. <strong>Insert the Ungloved Finger into the Second Glove</strong></p><ul><li><p>Insert your ungloved fingers (from the hand you just freed) under the cuff of the second glove, being careful not to touch the outside of the glove.</p></li></ul><p>5. <strong>Peel the Second Glove Off</strong></p><ul><li><p>Slowly peel the second glove off your hand, turning it inside out as you do so. The second glove should cover the first glove as you remove it, so the contaminated surfaces are inside.</p></li></ul><p>6. <strong>Dispose of Gloves Properly</strong></p><ul><li><p>After the gloves are removed and are inside out, dispose of them immediately in an appropriate waste container (e.g., a biohazard bin for medical waste).</p></li></ul><p>7. <strong>Wash Hands</strong></p><ul><li><p>After removing and disposing of the gloves, immediately wash your hands with soap and water or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer. This helps eliminate any potential contamination.</p></li></ul>]]></description>
