         <description><![CDATA[<div>searching NELSON, Google&nbsp; scholar,&nbsp; my hr lecturer spoke about CIPD for my source , i will also look at google for my research , i will search books that relates to my work as well <br> Also look at Academics website that relates to my work .<br>Today 18/10/2017 i went on NELSON I found an article which spoke about how employee rate HRM strength and weakness key works of the strengths are training and development, rewards, level of personal training, while key words of weakness are retention,recruitment, communication and moral in organisation.The article seem to me as a research for a report. this article as been used as part of my assignment. <br>It was&nbsp; hard to get a book on NELSON for my topic&nbsp; most of the source i found were articles<br><strong>Number 1 </strong>of my assignment when both of author’s name were searched on the Google scholar there name came up .<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>&nbsp;went on google search engine for Role of Human Resource Managers in retaining talented staffs in the&nbsp; 21<sup>st </sup>century university&nbsp;<br><br>selected&nbsp; an article that speaks about my topic i read the abstract introduction and briefly the body then read the conclusion . IJMT was article was peer reviewed and it is relevant to my chosen topic.<br>today 19/10/2017 searching for a book on NELSON on my chosen topic. &nbsp;<br>On NELSON, i had to change my question to process of requiting and retaining academic staffs.<br>&nbsp;today 22/10/2017&nbsp; it was difficult to find any source on books on NELSON &nbsp; so i went on google scholar changed my questions to HOW UNIVERSITIES RETAIN ACADEMIC TALENT&nbsp; then it came out with relevant &nbsp; answers which assisted  me in my assignment  .</div>]]></description>
