“I like to help students. I had a hard time in school and wanted to be the teacher I never had.”

What made you change career paths? 
“ I was offered to teach one class at UNH. Decided I liked it better than being an investigator and went back to school to teach.”

How do you mentally deal with students? 
“Well I try to build relationships with students. Once you do that you can gain trust and be there.”

What is the biggest challenge of teacher? 
“There’s a whole bunch of kids, not a lot of time to get to know each one of them.”
