Nowadays, we live in a society in which a lot of people work hard to subsist to their needs. In the TV report, we can hear one of the two journalists saying: "Working from 9 to 5 it's like torture". Companies etablished flexible working in order to make comfortable conditions for their manpower. In the 1950s, people were used to work very late in big industries/factories as mines, agriculture or public sector. There was often a hassle for the workers who were doing difficult tasks. Indeed experts think work should not start before 10 am to avoid illness and stress. That's why governements decided to change the working time to make workers happier like for exemple etablishing break time.
