A good customer service is treating its customers with a friendly helpful attitude and helping customers efficiently and in friendly manner. To get this job you going to rally need good communication skills acting skills, ability to use positive language and knowledge of the product. If you dont have some of these skills you dont qualify for the job. A customer rep. should cannot have bad communication skills, also a high school diploma you cant be mean and rude to your customers. You cant use slang and bad language.
