         This is the leader that I admired the most, his name is Clement Ivanov. He born on 6th March 1990. He commonly known as Puppey in Dota 2. He is an Estonian professional Dota 2 player for Team Secret. He also the founder of Team Secret.
          He is also the oldest dota 2 player and has been the captain for his team from the previous year. While with Navi's team, they have won the title in the first match by Valve. His team has won this competition with his guidance and encouragement. He is also a lone man despite many team-mates making mistakes in the game. At the same time, he will teach and tell the team what to do and what is unnecessary when in the game. With this, team members feel more calm and sure to do something. This is because someone who is good and wise does not continue to blame others for a mistake that has happened and even thinks of ways to correct the problem.
          He also thinks strategy in one game and it also affects the strength of their team. And now he has become a millionaire by just playing video games and becoming a captain for so long.
