The Big Bang Theory

This series is definitely close to my heart. It accompanied me throughout the lockdowns during the pandemic. I feel closer to the characters and as a bonus, I even learned a lot of science-y stuff. It may even as well be the reason for me going with STEM Pre-science!

My Typical Day- Gerald Edition

Waking Time- 6:00 AM- At this time, I do all my necessities to go along the day (e.g. hygiene, breakfast)
Academics- 7:40 AM- 4:40 PM- During this period, I focus myself towards completing my responsibilities as a student (Take note: I use the online website, Hurtado, in the afternoon!)
Breaks- By alternating breaks with working time, I can renew my focus and keep myself entertained.
Gaming, Watching, Reading- After everything is done, I can now use my extra time to watch and play my favorite media.
Sleep- 10:00 PM Sleeping is a blessing is truly my motto. (Better skin, better health, better life)

I graduated from my former high school, Saint Peter's College of Toril. I worked hard to be in the top 5. I also earned a few more awards such as Academic Excellency in Mathematics and Science. I am still happy until this day that all my diligence paid off!

I am truly convinced that media has two sides to it; one is positive and the other is negative. These two sides can be harmonious; they can offer lessons OR teach them. In my experience, I have been affected both positively and negatively. Media has offered me inspiring lessons from different social interactions but it has also taught me its darker side: the thorny path that we should eradicate altogether as responsible digital citizens.

Are these healthy? If yes, how come?

Throughout my life, I picked these media and became irreplaceable points in my development. I believe that they are healthy as long as I have the perspective to view it that way. In other words, there may be times that they may be negatively impacting me but I choose to acknowledge how they have positively impacted me to get over my downs and appreciate my ups.
