I know you are ready for this next stage in your life.  It was my pleasure to have been your history teacher in 5th and 6th grade. I am proud to have been a part of your growth.

 As you go through life, you won’t be defined by your grades, but by how you see yourself and how you treat others.  Be the person you want others to see. Always choose kindness.  Live your fullest life and follow your passion. Don’t be afraid to fail…failure is how we learn and become better people. And when you do fail, don’t ever stop picking yourself up and trying again.

Whatever your path in life, I know you will be successful.  It is with great pride to be able to send you off to your next stage in life knowing you are ready to tackle the world.  It is also with sorrow that I bid you goodbye.
