It made me think deeper about assessment and the ways in which I question, give feedback, share criteria, and self-assess. I think teachers really have to think about the way in which they assess students now that we are transitioning to an online/alternative teaching model. Personally, Feedback and sharing criteria spoke to me. Again, I believe that assessment can be used for learning. Sometimes we hurry too much so that we have no time for any of these 4 actions. It is done minimally and we could work on it some more. Self-assessment seem to be relevant to everyone. Online learning and alternative teaching really makes you look at how you deliver instruction. It definitely makes you provide feedback in a timely manner.
