I am writing this letter to place a formal complaint, my room is in absolute shambles there are rats and there is trash everywhere the room reeks of garbage and death. I am leaving for about two hours so when i come back i expect that room to be cleaned or i will be expecting my money back i dont want to sound mean but this is extremely unprofessional and you should be ashamed of your staff.
