Hannah Senesh was born in Hungary on July 17, 1921, during world war ll. As the daughter of an author. She was born into a Jewish family which supports why she helped.

After being captured during her mission she was tortured and interrogation, still she remained silent until her execution by firing squad. She refused to get a blindfold and stared at her killers till the end.
