It can have a significant impact on their mood and emotions and make them unconfident and unmotivated and discouraged and may not want to become a group leader just because of one incident. It can affect how they work together as a group and cause tension between groupmates. And they wont collaborate well on future tasks. Tell them to calm down and stop insulting me cause theyre not

2. Dont criticise him and instead tell him how he can improve. Point out his strengths and what he did well in a nice and polite manner and tell him how he can improve for the future instead of dwelling on the past as it cant be changed. Encourage him and motivate him to continue leading as it is a collective effort. Be nice and polite when giving constructive feedback.

They don’t respect each other and expect that their group mates would do the work for them. They did not play their part in contributing towards the task that everyone that is supposed to do. This could have been avoided if everyone played their role and contributed. When a argument starts, we can try to be more respectful and help each other out

I would feel in a dilemma, as I do not know who to follow and what instruction to follow. Individual opinions are not heard and considered, leaders fighting over who to take charge
Hear each other out and understand eachother's views, between arguing leaders. And open the floor to discussion amongst groupmates instead of bossing around

Not everybody in the group was contributing. The distribution of the responsibilities was not equal and fair. The tasks could have been assigned fairly before the group started.
Tell a trusted adult, prevent the situation from escalating. Not to take sides, have a mutual stand and understand the situation first.
