I read that sometimes students stress over homework or just school so it is great to have something to take a break with.  Also by having cat’s there, students can experience having a cat but not having a cat.  My other star is that you mentioned that the cats could have ticks or fleas and they would be able to give the love that you intended on happening.    My wish is that you would explain more like how the kittens or cats grow up is this establishment and who is going to feed them and it would be unfair that people that are allergic to kittens react to this.  All of these are suggestions you don’t need to put it in.
