Fomative is used during the class or what we call learning process so that students can give feedback to the teacher, it also monitor students during the process of learning. Formative also focuses only in the current topic when doing an evaluation.
Summative Assessment is used to evaluate students learnings at the end of the class. It also process after the learning of the students.
