In my line of work I do not just see random people at any time of day and treat as they wish to be treated. There is a process. Patients call and make an appointment whether it be for an annual exam or a medical office visit. The appointment is set for a specific time and once the patient is checked in by the front desk I am then able to triage the situation as needed. The process allows me the chance to stay on top of my schedule, stay organized and keeps the day running smoothly. I have always thought HR was there to work on behalf of you and your needs concerning the business.
