Today marks as Camila's final divorce hearing and order day. She has collected her dues and has started a new life for which I am very happy for her! But sad selfishly, but more happy!

Every time I look at the three new members of the data and tech team, I am reminded time and again about all the heavy weight-lifting Camila was doing and so effortlessly and gracefully. This should be evident enough that she really loved to do what she did, I hope the new team she is working with can see this strength and support her in doing her best, and yet give her the space to bloom and recover and rest.

Camila's passion for this work and this organization inspired more people than she imagines. I hope they can appreciate and recognize her efforts, basking in her sparkle for as long as they can.

The work without her feels a little less fullfiling, but I'm really glad she stood up for herself and is growing into her own potential.

I'm really glad the new workplace is treating Camila better and giving her the opportunity to grow her skills. She deserves to be in an environment that nurtures learning, support and teamwork. I have no doubt that she will flourish even more going forward.
