Middle Childhood (6-12 years old)

Middle childhood is a stage where children move into expanding roles and environments. During this time, children experience rapid growth in their physical abilities, such as coordination and lung capacity, and cognitive skills like complex problem-solving. Children on this stage tends to explore their environment.

Adolescence (13-17 years old)

Adolescence is the period of development that begins at puberty and ends at early adulthood or emerging adulthood. In this stage, rapid changes of the body was observed, along with the hormonal changes and an array of learning capacities. There are three stages of adolescence;

Early Adolescence (Ages 10 to 13)
Middle Adolescence (Ages 14 to 17)
Late Adolescents (Ages 18-21+)
