The first we tried to make them we used the wrong rice flour and it came out raw. The second time we tried to make them the oil started to explode and jump very high up.

One time we used a non stick pan without butter and it got stuck onto the pan. The following week I was making another omelette and I left to help my nephew and when I cam back to flip it over, it was all burnt.
