.. difficult to uniformly agree on. Not necessarily a one conference fits all.

Conferences: Hamburg (sept), Manchester, Copenhagen
Conference locations: Where development and park building is currently happening: UK and Germany in particular. France also mentioned.
Romania discussion: The Romanian embassy has plans in the Black Sea. Challenging with regards to Ukraine. Branches in Romania can access EU funds. Oil&Gas platform already exists. Offshore wind was announced last year.

Q2: How can the Norwegian offshore wind industry gain access to international markets, and what distinguishes our competitive edge?

Learn from their competence: e.g. experience (several active farms), specific competence within fixed farms

Port collaboratium Denmark (Odense) and Haugesund. We have close borders. Does not make sense that each country does everything on their own

Networking: Meeting people, identifying and sharing challenges.
Sharing experiences and identifying opportunities for Norwegian suppliers (regions for example)
Meet with other clusters in Norway and abroad(?)

Themes

Having themes set for the forums up front would be nice. These themes could be results from a brainstorming session.
Pitching session of services. Many of us are here with a commercial interest to identify potential buyers for our service.
Bring in a tier 1 contractor or a developer to explain what they need from us.

Content formats (e.g. presentation, seminar, discussions)

Table discussions (as today) is a very easy format to share experiences and ask questions.
Perhaps an elevator pitch from all participants to kick things off?
Brainstorm the most pressing issues (which is basically just having that as a question with the same format as today)
