2. It is related to the fact that you're not allowed to feed wild animals in Canada. "A person must not intentionally feed or attempt to feed dangerous wildlife" B.C. Laws, Clause 33.1 in the Wildlife Act. 
3. We learned that you are not allowed to feed wildlife and that it puts both the humans and the animals in a state of danger. Also, that even a picture can result in consequences. Furthermore, we learned that bears get conditioned to receive food from people driving in highways.
