It is related to the fact that you're not allowed to feed wild animals in Canada. "A person must not intentionally feed or attempt to feed dangerous wildlife" B.C. Laws, Clause 33.1 in the Wildlife Act. <br>3. We learned that you are not allowed to feed wildlife and that it puts both the humans and the animals in a state of danger. Also, that even a picture can result in consequences. Furthermore, we learned that bears get conditioned to receive food from people driving in highways. <br>4. How was he supposed to know? Can you get less of a punishment on something because you didn't know? </div>]]></description>

We learned that cases aren't always solved immediately. Sometimes cases will go cold and answers will be discovered later.
