He gave me a short briefing on what is their business about and introduced me to the whole crew. I was assigned to be at the front desk. It quite challenging for me because it needs your creativity and understanding of the answer rather than just memorizing. The first group was in the afternoon under the name of Synergy Training and Consultancy. The company booked all the rooms, so there were 6-7 people in a group. The group was divided according to their department. The second group was from 'Sekolah Seri Suria' with only 30 high school students. Here, I helped them to arrange the group according to the theme they chose and briefing them. The first company is from Affin Bank and the second is from Chubb Insurance company. We started with the speech from Mr.Kimi and the representative from Affin Bank. We also played some games for the company to decide the turns. After the Affin Bank has finished, we only have an hour to set up again all rooms for the second company to play. Therefore, Mr.Kimi asked me to engage with the customers because it is one of their marketing activities. I need to promote the escape room to the customers and gain their interest to try it. Luckily, many customers were interested to try and for them the price is affordable. All of them were so excited to play the escape room as it is their first time. One copy is for them to keep and the other copy they will stick at the “Hall of Fame” for a week. The Hall of Fame will back to zero every Monday. To be the winner, they must escape within 45 minutes. All the pictures will, later on, be stick on the wall as decoration. There are about 60 people altogether, so they booked all the rooms. Here, the student will versus the lecturers within the time given. If the students win, all the class will be canceled on that day. Like always, Mr.Kimi will brief shortly and we will give them the sticker pass for entry. We as organizers also grouped them by multi races and sex, so it will be fair enough to all of them.
