For individually you would need to gather every things and build you shelter before the climate change so that you can be ahead of time and be ready for when it come. I feel my answer is the best solution because you would be prepared for the climate and you won't have to be in the bad weather getting ready. My opinion for community is to be a savage and never work hard always work smart, because if you work smart your communities will be a great team and will be able to kill animals and gather faster than ever.
