Padlet is an engaging way for teachers to collect student ideas. This is also a great space for students to collaborate with each other. Teachers can meaningfully use Padlet for instruction by allowing students to brainstorm ideas or submit questions about a class assignment or discussion.

I am familiar with Tiny URL and I believe it is very easy to use. A teacher can meaningfully use it to create URL's that are much shorter in length. Some of them were familiar to me and some I have never used. There are so many interactive applications available and I believe it is important to have an understanding of how some of the most commonly used apps work. I did not like how we had to involve friends and family on almost all tasks. I believe proficiency can be displayed through the creation of the task and we should not be judged on the ability of a family or friend to engage. I still consider myself a student and I know I am always learning. Getting acquainted with these tools has allowed me to see how much I can continue to learn. As I learn about new tools, it will be my goal to independently explore them so I can have meaningful conversation with educators about their use.
