It is important for teachers to empathise with their students in order to understand their needs and plan lessons that can meet those needs. Being able to assist students for HBL in school has been very eye-opening. I discovered how students think and the challenges they face when attempting the various tasks. Some students struggle with understanding instructions and navigating the pages and games. Hence, when designing online packages for students, the teacher must be aware of who needs more help and tries ways to support them or to simplify processes. 
2.  I belive that there's always wisdom in everything that happens. In this case, this covid situation has made us appreciate things more that we may have taken granted for. Things as simple as visiting our elderly and playing at the playground are being missed now. People also tend to say that they don't have time to do things such as reading a book and reflecting on self and life because of our busy schedule.
