1)Video explaining the parts of a plant
2)Handout with areas around plant stating what each part is
3)Handout with the areas left blank (to handout towards end of class)
4)Extra pencils incase students forgot theirs
5) Crayons or other coloring materials so we can color the parts of the plant.

Next, we would divide the students into equal groups
Then, we would hand out all the materials needed
Next, we would teach the lesson to the students
Then, we would haven them watch a video explaining the parts of the plant
Next, we would than have the students talk with their groups and have them get the blank handout that was given to them so that they can label the parts with their groups
Then, we would have a student from each group rotate so that they are in a different group and talk to that group about what they learned and how they labeled their plants
Next, we would have everyone go back to their groups
Than, we would then go over with the students the handout and call on different students to tell me what the parts of the plants are
