1-The first device we can obviously see is  " Name calling", the goal of this commercial is to convince people that being " black" is so wrong to the point that we need to use this soap to be normal or " white". in other words the goal was to conjure hate to the black community and trying their best to makes us accept it.

The Egyptian president as well as the Egyptian government used as much propaganda devices as possible. 
1- Glittering  generalities: their slogan was all for peace but was it really just for peace? 
2-  Transfer-here: another device was used by the Egyptian president when he announced that he will be attending the forum.
