We explored the cities of Dublin, Belfast, Edinburgh, and London. It was a wonderful experience that I will not soon forget. I enjoyed it so much I signed up for the next field trip to France and Spain in 2020. As some of you may know, Oklahoma teachers are currently on strike. Today is day nine. It was my sixteenth week after open heart surgery and I found myself getting back into cardio exercise. I took a few spin classes with my friends and then spent time spring cleaning! We were also able to attend a great friend's wedding. It was a wonderful evening full of friends, family and great quality time with my husband. The week back after spring break seemed a bit longer than usual but I am still grateful for the much-needed break! I recently participated in a teacher vs student improv show. Happy to see the kids, really missed them a lot, but one of my babies had an allergic reaction to something and had to be rushed to emergency): I've had her in my class since TK, so this was extra rough for me.I also had to run a PLC and a PD back to back, talk about mania! Lastly. we had some really big fish come to our school on Friday to possibly donate money so we had to have our game faces on! I am happily married to my wife, Shavonne, and she is the mother to our 2 beautiful, crazy children. Aubrey is 4, and Andrew Jr. is 2.
