         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>To start with, 3 or 4 diagonal cuts are made on both sides of the fish, then the pepper, thyme, garlic, salt and two squeezed lemons are mixed in a cup.</strong></div><div><strong>Next, the previous mixture is spread on the cuts on the sides of the fish. So that the fish takes on a better flavor, it is left to rest for 20 minutes.</strong></div><div><strong>While we wait 20 minutes, we remove the peel and chop each green banana in 3, cook with a tablespoon of oil for 30 minutes.</strong></div><div><strong>After that, we cut the meat, either pork or veal, into small pieces, and fry it together with the chopped tomato and onion, in a pan for 30 minutes or until everything is well cooked.</strong></div><div><strong>Then, all the fish is spread with cornstarch so that when it is fried it is toasted.</strong></div><div><strong>Afterwards, in a deep cauldron, heat the oil to 176° or to medium-high heat, let it heat for 10 minutes.&nbsp;</strong></div><div><strong>Next, carefully introduce the fish one by one into the oil until they are completely browned on both sides, you can try inserting a large fork to check their cooking.</strong></div><div><strong>While the fish is frying, we can make the mixture for the tacacho, then we crush the banana with a mortar stick, then add the meat with the tomato and onion, mix until obtaining a homogeneous mass. Then we make little balls with our hands.</strong></div><div><strong>Finally, to serve, put the fish, two balls of tacacho, a piece of avocado, two lemons cut in half and lemonade on a plate.</strong></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>·¿Qué aprendí de esta tarea?&nbsp;</div><div>R/ Aprendí principalmente el uso del pasado, en sus dos categorías, simple y progresivo, lo que me permitió más amplitud en este aspecto, además, amplié mucho más mi vocabulario, sobre todo en lo que tiene que ver con adverbios de frecuencia, que son importantes para el desenvolvimiento humano en el idioma inglés.&nbsp;</div><div>·¿Es importante lo que estoy aprendiendo? ¿por qué?</div><div>R/ Es muy importante, por esa razón merece toda la dedicación posible, debido a que actualmente, en el mercado laboral, uno de los factores más importantes es el idioma, pues las empresas, por lo general, tienen contratos con extranjeros, donde se hace necesarios empleados con fluidez en el inglés, además, también por las oportunidades laborales en el extranjero, las cuales, con frecuencia, son mucho mejores que las nacionales.&nbsp;</div><div>·¿Cómo aporta este aprendizaje a mi vida personal y profesional? &nbsp;</div><div>R/ A mi vida personal, le brinda más cultura, pues al saber otro idioma, estoy conociendo más sobre otros países, además, me permite mejorar mi perfil laboral.
