hi coach happy teachers day!!! thank you for being out teams mentor and being the reason that we all are progressing in terms of our throwing performance. thank you for putting in the hard work to plan the programme and to guide us when we need help. im sure all of us will do our best to make u proud🫡🫡🫡. thank you for giving everyone countless opportunities to go out and compete and prove ourselves and show what we have trained hard for.

im especially thankful that u have allowed me to reach where i am tdy, surpassing my own goals and expectation. even though my time in SN is coming to an end soon, i hope to be able to continue throwing as a cca in jc. although being in throws was certainly not what i had thought i would be doing now, but ur guidance and constant motivation has allowed me to enjoy throwing and this cca. if one day someone were to ask me how i got to where i am as a thrower and person, i would give my biggest shout out to u🔥🔥. thank you so much coach and i hope u have a good day ahead. happy teachers day coach!🔥🔥💯💯

Thank you for always taking your time to off to plan out our training programmes, and for always being present during trainings (even though you have your job too) and also for always pushing us to our fullest potential whether it's related to workouts or our throwing. hey coach! Thank you for always being such a supportive and fun coach. I would srsly NVR thot that I would have that much fun in training if it weren't for you. Although u have a full-time job and Oso coaching VJC, you take the time and effort to create the training programmes and think of fun games for us to bond over, which is something that I cannot thank you enough. Even though ur busy schedule, you make time for us to train especially during periods where we don't get to train much. Also, the barbeque parties you have been hosting is so amazing. It has really made me grow close to the team and also know the prev batches seniors : ) I know that when I took over Alyssa at the start and even now, I am a bit blur and sometimes may have overlooked certain things that I need to be responsible as the throws captain. I really appreciate you have me time to really grasp the job and tell me my mistakes for me to correct 🥰🥰 I love how you always try your best to make us laugh especially when some of us have had a bad day and also the fact that you always help us to push pass our limits annd reach our full potential. Also, thank you for always waking up early for all the morning training during the season, especially when u have to rush to work afterwards. I believe that I could never thank you enough and you are indeed the best coach I can ask for!!!!! 😍🤩🤩💜💜💜 (also I hv a secret gift for you but it didn't come in time for the last training so I will give you after the break)

helloo coach, charissa here. thank you so much for your continuous support throughout my throws journey here in St Nicks for close to 3 years already. time really flies when i’m having fun in training. thank you for helping me achieve my goals by letting me partake in the many competitions like lawa and nsg. i could finally take part in competitions through throws as i could not in primary school and i am really grateful for the opportunities. thank you for always pushing me to the limit so that i can hit my pb next training or during competitions. without your continuous guidance i don’t think i would have made it this far in life. competing against the australians and malaysians made me realise that enjoying the competition is the most important part. thank you for making me realise this before i graduate from school. i hope you have an enjoyable holiday this coming september holidays and i promise to hit 30m before i leave throws. thank you for everything coach :)

Hi coach!!! It’s me Shan :D it’s been one year since I joined st nicks, and I am forever grateful for your unwavering support and constant patience while coaching me :). I know it must be tiring, having to rush from work to come to school, which may be quite of a distance, yet you still put up a big smile for us! Thank you for always being humorous, from your jokes to your “BOO”’s (I forgot what it’s called 😋), and for always keeping us enthusiastic! Thank you for adding in games to our training plans! Even though sometimes it may not work out (like volleyball idk how to play volleyball) so it may be a bit messy, but nevertheless it’s very fun! Especially dodgeball 😍😍

Thank you for constantly reminding on how to “drive” properly or what I need to keep in mind when throwing javelin! I know after awhile it can get bothersome and maybe even irritating, having to always say the same thing again and again, but thank you for still being patient with me and speaking to me in a kind tone :)

Whenever I’m feeling down (like today) because I don’t really feel good about my throws, thank you for being positive and encouraging!

教师节快乐！you are always positive and will cheer us up if we are feeling down. You also spent a lot of time on us, giving us extra training and thank you for sacrificing your own time with us. Although most of the time we do not learn things so fast but we will 加油. You would also share jokes with us and when we talk to you, you will always listen and sometimes share your experiences with us. Lastly, thank you for choosing me and I am really lucky to have you as my coach.

hope you have the skibidiest teacher’s day ever because you’ve been the bestest coach ever 🥰🥰 thank you for encouraging me on whenever i felt like i couldn’t do it during training anymore, and letting us join morning training, though st nicks is super duper far from your house, yet you come at 630 in the morning to help us for less than an hour. i am truly grateful for that. i hope i can do my best not only for myself, but also for you. thank you for thinking through and making our training programs, from creatively thinking of warming up with team bonding games instead of hurdles or running. from these activities, i’ve definitely bonded closer with my team.

thank you lots for being the best coach 👍👍👍👍 u always ask us how we are when we’re tired and you always try to interact with us in trainingg and im really appreciative that you always make training interactive by including really fun activities!! your always pushing us to do our best and to reach our limits when we train✊🏼 also your really encouraging and you always give us really good tips when we throw on technique and all that and i truly think it helps us alot😢 i truly don’t think i would have improved in my throws so much without your guidance and for that im really grateful 🙏🏻 have the best teacher’s day ever coach!!

hi coach happy teacher’s day 🔥🔥🔥 thank you so much for always coaching us and giving us so many tips when we are throwing, which allowed all of us to be better throwers and athletes. although you have a busy job, thank you for always taking time to plan out everything for us, although we don’t always finish it in time 😅😅

thank you for not giving up on me even though my wrist is still kind of in a bad condition right now and i am honestly not doing so well right now in terms of my strength but i hope you will continue to push me and i will also work hard to do well in the coming season and do you proud in my last year in stnicks. although i may not continue throwing in jc, thank you for helping me develop an interest in throwing, and making trainings more fun and memorable. have a great day coach!! 😋😋 i think your jokes and energy has really helped all of us to push through all the training sessions, and i’m very grateful to have you as my coach 🤩🤩
