Examples: over the course of a typical day, you probably make numerous attributions about your own behavior as well as that of the people around you.

in bias is the feeling of what belongs to him and the feeling of comfort that he is taking sides in something he loves

Affinity bias is when you share the same professional qualifications or same belief or same background.

Example: You will agree with a person more if he shares the same beliefs as you. You feel more chemistry and have a lot in common with people that share with you the same religion, nationality etc.

Pros: People can find a lot in common with the other person which makes them more connected.

Cons: Any one that is not similar to us would be seen very wrong

Conformation Bias

Definition :
The need to locate interpretation, and favor, and to recall information that supports beliefs or values

Example:
When someone believes that left handed people are more creative that right handed people, it makes people who are right handed feel as if they are not smart nor creative.

Pros:
- It leads people to strongly hold what they believe in order to give them more information that supports what they believe in.

Cons:
-Confirmation Bias can challenge a person's beliefs.

Conformity Bias

Definition: the tendency for people to behave like those around them rather than using their own personal judgment.

We conform to make decisions when we are unsure of a situation.
We conform to be associated with a certain group.
We confirm so that we are not perceived as being too different.

Example: When you see someone successfully cheat and you want to cheat too.

Pros:
- You will fit in with the general public or agree upon a favored opinion or topic.
- Feel a sense of self-satisfaction and reassurance that you are with the vast majority.

Cons:
- Your personal judgment will not be taken into place nor consideration.
- You will continuously be outspoken and won't have a say in the matter because you will be conforming to something you might not necessarily agree with.
