         <description><![CDATA[<div>Copy right is copying someone else  work it means like stealing because its not yours.To be able to use someones work you can ask permission.You can also just give them credit and that wont be copyright because you are telling the public who actually worked hard on it.Fair use is using a little part of someone elses work like a movie use a little part to use for something,that wont be copy righting because you are not using the whole work that they did.</div>]]></description>
