His first order of business he went to northern Germany where Denmark controlled it, he took over that with war and they decided to split it. Next was the war with Austria, he wanted Austria gone so he made alliances with countries around Europe so they don't interfere and Otto won the war but gave Austria no consequences. A few colonies still had rebels they were gathering an army.
