As an activity they will create there own cheerdance piece for 3mins. That was due after 3 days. The groups were able to present a competitive piece that was executed properly.

As a PE and Health Instructor, I utilized my subject with them as an outlet and source of rest as they propose game to enjoy and maybe lessen their burden. My topic is recreational activity that is why I let them play during my subject.
