<title>I believe that Romania have the Collectivist culture in identity dimension as parents in Romania aid their children educational and they highly valued tradition and family. Besides, Romania has large power distance in the hierarchy dimension as the subordinates obey what their leader said and it is not appreciated to challenge the authority. Romanian also got traditional gender role( masculine) as women usually act as household while men occupied most of the leadership in companies.</title>
