Currently I am someone who people would sometimes consider unsuccessful, because of my job as a tour guide , but they don't know about my job as an interpreter. With my interpreter job I am able to save peoples lives for those who can't get pass the language gap and to that I am happy. Other than that I love showing people the wonders of India. So in general what I am trying to say is that i am happy towards my life, but if I could change something it would be the relationship between me and my wife. The reason I became a interpreter is because of my now passed away son. Back when my son was still alive he became very ill and I took him to the doctor. Unfortunate I lost him , but I still had to pay the medical bill so I noticed that the doctor had some trouble translating Gujarati , so to pay back my debt I would translate the patients who were speaking Gujarati and that is how I would pay off my debt and how I got my job as an interpreter. But the loss of the son affected both me and my wife. We began to grow more distant and in the end stopped talking to each other like we used to . And truth be told I love my tour guide job. It is really quite simple. All I have to do is take people to places that I already love. To be honest being a tour guide can be somewhat of a hassle like dealing with rude customers or annoying children , but in the end I love all the different types of people I get to meet. Being payed to go to my favorite spots is not that bad either. So I was at work as a tour guide as usual , but today I was guiding a very weird family. I believe that their names where the Das's family. They were a very strange bunch, they all kind of acted like siblings toward each other. Mrs. Das seemed to be interested in me when I bought up that I was an interpreter. I believe that she thought that an interprets was something that interprets felling's. As soon as Mrs. Das and I were alone she told me that one of her children were not Mr. Das's which confused me even more. But in the end everything turned out alright and I guess I did my job.]]> 2021-03-05 02:36:31 UTC https://padlet.com/s1603037/hmfk8t5h9crjfxwy/wish/1272181060 s1603037 https://padlet.com/s1603037/hmfk8t5h9crjfxwy/wish/1272181558 I forgot to put this in my last diary entry , but during my interaction with Mrs. Das, her husband was taking photos and Mrs. Das asked if she could have my address at fist I thought that she wanted to have an affair with me , but she said she wanted it to send the photos. So I asked her if I could have hers so I could send letters back about how the photos look. So after the whole ordeal about her telling me about the affair with Mr.Das's best friend and saving her son from a couple of monkeys I decide to contact her to see how the family were doing. Once I sent the letter a few months have passed with no reply so in the end I began to forget about it, but one day a found a letter stated from that Das family. The letter states that the children and everyone was doing alright once they got back home and that Bobby recovered from the attack of the monkeys and is acting like his cheerful self. Of course I was glad to hear that all of them were safe and sound I saw that there was a message on the back of the letter saying that Mrs. Das wrote this section and in that section it states that she did not tell Mr. Das about Bobby not being his child. I at first was shocked , but then I started to see why if she were to tell him about the affair the family would break apart and the children would have to go through all that.
