I think the author could have elaborated more on what the characters did when Alaska went missing. I also believe that the plot is like Papertowns which is a lot better than this one. Both of these books have a plot where the main male chracter has a crush on a girl, but then the girls runs away and they go looking for her. I prefer the plot of Papertowns though over this book because the ending is better.
