         <description><![CDATA[<div>To improve physical health it is important to get good sleep. Getting good sleep for teens would look like getting 9 hours of sleep each night. Getting a good amount of sleep allows individuals to have a good amount of energy throughout the day. Homework and extracurricular activities can get in the way of getting enough sleep each night. <br>Also to improve physical health it is important to avoid risky behavior. Avoiding risky behavior includes not participating in teen drinking and smoking. Avoiding risky behaviors can enhance your health and your life expectancy. Peer pressure can get in the way of avoiding risky behaviors.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>To improve emotional health it is important in maintaining a close relationships. Maintaining a close relationship for teens would be like having a good relationship with your family members and friends, you could also join groups which you can meet new people who may like the same things you do.&nbsp;Maintaining good relationships can help you remain happy. Being friends with rude people can get in the way of having good relationships or being too shy to make friends.<br>Spend time in nature. Spending time in nature can help your mood, just being outside in calm areas help relief stress. Spending time in nature includes going to parks and going on walks. Not being active can get in the way of you spending time outside. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>To improve intellectual health it is important to make good decisions. Making good decisions would be choosing the option that you're most happy with. Making good decisions is important because you want to choose what is better for you because you'll be happier overall. Others can try and put their opinion in the decisions you make which can get in the way of making good decisions.<br>Also to improve your intellectual health you should develop new skills and interest. That includes joining new clubs and trying different activities or going to new events and seeking into the different things you have interest in.  It's beneficial because it boosts your self-esteem and gives you a sense of ability and adventure. Other things you have to do can get in the way and also being afraid. </div>]]></description>
