What techniques and processes did you use? I covered all the holes of the container so light couldn't get through then made a pinhole. I then faced my pinhole camera at what i wanted to take a picture off and exposed it to light. To finish it off, i developed it in the dark room.
What effect did these techniques and processes have on the end result? It had a bad effect on one because it made the bench really dark and the rest light but on my other image it showed some detail and had a better effect than the other.
Was this what you intended? As it was my first time using pinhole this is exaclty what i was expecting.
 Did you experience any problems or difficulties?
I had problems with exposure time.
How did this affect you? It made one of my images really dark as you can see above.

Formal elements.

What type of composition did you use? I blindly faced my camera towards the direction I wanted but because I couldn't see what the camera was photographing, I couldn't possibly know that it captured what I wanted. This resulted in not having the image I planned for.

What tones/colours, patterns and shapes did you use? I faced my camera at a low angle of a bench because I wanted to get the detail of the bench and the surroundings in it. I then faced my camera looking up a flight of stairs because I wanted the camera to show each step.
Why? Because I wanted to show detail in my images.

Successes.

What are the most successful parts of the photograph? The most successful parts of the stairs image is the detail and the tones in the image because it shows that i exposed it to light for the right amount of time.
Does it fully meet your intended mood?
Not really because i intended for my images to show more detail so you can clearly see the mood I was aiming for.
How do your photographs relate to the work of others' that you have researched? It relates to the work of  György Kepes because he specialised in pinhole and camera obscure photography and we both intended for our images to be detailed.

Weaknesses.

What are the least successful parts of the image? The least successful part of the bench image is the tone and colours of the image because instead of showing detail it just shows bold colours.
What could you have done to correct this? I could have exposed it light for a shorter amount of time.
How will this inform your future work? I will know that when taking similar images, it doesn't require as much light.
What would you change if you were to do this work again? I would change the locations.

What techniques and processes did you use? I experimented with White balance and ISO, I also took pictures with the correct white balance and with the incorrect hite balance in order to see what the incorrect white balance looks like.
What effect did these techniques and processes have on the end result? It created 3 different images in 3 different locations and it shows a visual representation of what White Balance is and how to work with it.
Was this what you intended?
Yes this is what I intended for my White balance shoot.
Did you experience any problems or difficulties? The only issue i faced was working out which white balance was the correct one for the location.
How did this affect you? It meant that I spent a little more time than needed working out which was the correct one to use.

Formal elements.
What type of composition did you use? I faced my camera in the direction that I did because I wanted to capture the light and detail.

What tones/colours, patterns and shapes did you use? I took images in orange and blue because it shows two different moods and I took pictures of stairs and a tree because i feel like that I can really show off what i can do in those types of areas.

Successes.
What are the most successful parts of the image? The most successful parts of the images of trees is the angle of the image and the colour because the bright colours because it shows lots of different detail and colours.
Does it fully meet your intended mood? Yes these images do meet the mood I intended to capture.
How? Because it shows all the colours i was hoping to get and it shows the image i hoped for in my head.
How do your photographs relate to the work of others' you have researched? It relates to the work of Adam burton because my images show different angles, textures and colours just as his does.

Weaknesses.

What are the least successful parts of the images? The least successful parts of the bright stairs images is that one of them is too bright to see the whole image and in all of them, a little part of the image is blurry because i took the image at a low angle and the camera didn't focus properly.
What could you have done to correct this? I could have taken the image at a higher angle to make it less burred.
How will this inform your future work? In future I will know to either take the image from a higher angle or to focus the camera more.
What would you change if you were to do this work again?

What techniques and processes did you use? I chose a location and an angle that I thought create the most powerful image and I took 6 pictures in the same location in order to see what types of different photos I could take in the same location simply by changing to ISO.
What effect did this have on the end result? It created some really bright images and some that had just enough light also, it gave me 6 different images to compare and contrast.
Was this what you intended? Yes this is what I intended because i wanted to see how changing the ISO can make a big difference.
Did you experience any problems or difficulties? I found this task quite simple and didn't run into any issues.

What type of composition did you use? I faced my camera in the position I did because because the sun was facing in my direction and I knew that i could capture a lot of it and make it look like it asn't there by changing the ISO.
What tones/colours, patterns and shapes did you use? I took my images by the wodden bench because the open lines and dark spots on it would be really bold and i thought this would make my image more effective.

What are the most successful parts of the photographs? The most successful parts of the photographs is the change in light because it shows that I understood what ISO is and hyow it makes a difference.
Does it fully meet your intended mood? Yes because I wanted to create 6 different images that changed from dark to light.

What are the least successful parts of your photographs? The least successful parts of the photographs is that the people in the image aren't standing in the same position in all of them so they aren't all exaclty similar.
What could you have done to correct this? I could have asked them to stand still for my photographs.

What techniques and processes did you use? I placed the dream catcher on the paper on its own because I wanted to keep it simple and where I used something that had feathers and beads on, I wanted to see how they would look on their own. I placed the leaf on the paper on its own because I wanted to keep it simple and have a bold image.
What effect did this have on the end result? It meant that even though the images are simple, it shows a lot of textures and tones.
Was this what you intended? Yes this is exaclty what I intended.
Did you experience any problems or difficulties? I wasn't sure how long to expose to paper for.
How did this affect you? This meant that my first image came out too light.

What type of composition did you use? I only placed one item on each paper because I wanted to keep it simple but detailed.
What tones/colours, patterns and shapes did you use? I used something that would create bold tones and something that would create light feathery tones.
Why? Because I wanted a range of different images, textures and tones.

What are the most successful parts of the photographs? The most successful parts of my photographs are the tones and textures.
Does it fully meet your intended mood? Yes, my expectations have been met.
How does your photographs relate to the work of others' you have researched? It relates to the work of others' because we each wanted to create obvious images with different moods.

Weaknesses.

What are the least successful parts of the images? The least successful parts of my images are that I could have added one or two more things to the images.
What could you do to correct this? I could have added small objects such as feathers or my rings.
How will this inform your future work? In future, I will know to have a centrepiece with a few small items around it to create a personality.
What would you change if you were to do this work again? I would change the objects that I used to get images with more detail.
