2. They posted this when they realised that people who are able-bodied won’t let way to people who are disabled to utilise the lift

They are trying to tell able-bodied people to let disabled people use the lift because people who are not able-bodied have no choice but utilise the lift because they don’t have the choice to take the stairs. I can tell from the poster that no one was willing to hop off the lift for the disabled person waitting fir the lift.
