A student ranked 140 out of 140 on SOAR campus would still be in the top AP classes at a comprehensive school site and likely in the top 10 percent of all students within that grade level. SOAR also offers a lot of opportunity to do well. Change wording of "compressing the number of years to complete a college degree" to something along the lines of getting ahead in earning a BA degree or just earning college experience. The way it is written makes people think they have to get an AA degree or that they have to get done with college by age 20.
