         <title>Chicken Katsu</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Ingredients:<br>- chicken breast<br>- oil (sunflower or vegetable or whatever)<br>- panko<br>- beaten egg<br>- flour<br>- salt and pepper<br><br>materials:<br>- good sized frying pan<br>- cutting board<br>- plastic wrap or smt<br>- tongs and spatula<br><br>steps:<br>1. cut the chicken in half if too thick and then place them on the cutting board with plastic wrap cover<br>2. gently pound the chicken to flatten less than half an inch thick<br>3. heat enough oil in the pan to cover half of a piece of chicken. medium heat<br>4. salt and pepper the chicken. dip the pieces into flour, then egg, then panko<br>5.&nbsp;fry each piece for about 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked all the way thru.</div>]]></description>
