         <description><![CDATA[<div>Steve Job explains that each area like iOS software or Mac hardware has one owner in Apple. This is in line with the MOCHA framework where each project should have one owner who is responsible for the overall success or failure. This is important because if there are more than one owners, the overall responsibility gets diffused and thus roles become unclear.</div>]]></description>
