Alhamdulillah! For this week we have assessment Fiqh and Seerah. The students did well and can answer most of the question. Some of them still need guidance to spell eg:everybody, arm etc. Moving forward I will use different strategy using wordwall or puzzle to let them familiar with it In shaa Allah khayr wa 'afiyah will also meet their parents to further get to know them better. May Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala grant us strength and wisdom in our task Aamiin ya Rabb🤲

Today we had two assessments which were on fiqhul ibadah and prophets stories. Before asking the students to do them, I did with them a quick revision on these two subjects. Most of them did quite well, Alhamdulillah. Only that, they enquired some of the terms in the assignments, eg: obligatory, permissable, prohibited, ram, ... as they didn't knew the meanings. I also did an assessment for all the students on their Quranic Recitation and Memorisation, and some students like Hasan and Miqdad read and memorised well, masyaAllah. Also, I noted that Auni, Izyan really need to buckle up with their recitations. Alhamdulillah for today:)

Alhamdulillah, for today's lesson, some of the students are able to read fluently and have improved on their reading.

As for Hayfa, I'm using flashcards for her and testing her the letters using the flashcards. It seems she is getting better and has confidence in recognizing the letters. May Allah ease everything 🤲🏻 Allahumma Amiin.

Alhamdulillah students have already answered 4 assessments today. They are Arabic Language, Muslim Identity, Seerah and Doas.

They enjoyed the Arabic assessment as it is a new topic which is about the name of the days.

For doa assessment, only Hayfa is having trouble recalling and pronouncing the words of the doas.

Btw is it permissible for them to bring/eat big bag of potato chips during snack time?

Today we did two assessments which were on Fiqhul Ibadah and Stories of the Prophets. We did a revision on the six pillars of Iman and explained briefly each one of them. We also did a revision on prophet Ayyub's story. Most of the students did well for both assessments, alhamdulillah. I also assess their Quranic memorisation and noted several students memorised surah Al Masad and An Nasr. Alhamdulillah for today:)

Alhamdulillah, today we managed to do more assessment as to test the understanding of the students and how far they manage to learn throughout our class for this term 2. knowing them, some would have hard time in doing it but others managed to went through it and gotten for themselves high score in the tests. it was very nice to see them revising themselves before i pass the papers. it reminds me back to my old uni days. Alhamdulillah.
