We think this because having done both Benefits and Drawbacks We feel the Drawbacks were more extreme and long lasting. Some people might argue that technology has allowed us to do more complex stuff, communicate with people across the world, and has benefited us medically. However, there were also physical impacts on the negative side of the argument such as obesity, ADHD and depression. While technology has allowed us to do many things, it has also had these negative impacts on our generation. Sometimes we don't control our screen time and talk to people so much that it affects us physically. When we take the easy way too much, we don't exercise our brains.
